As every pin is individually created to your specifications, we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for custom orders. Please review your design details carefully before completing your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order when it arrives, please contact us at Tinyblessingsco@outlook.com.au, and the Tiny Blessings Co team will do their best to help resolve the matter.
We ship all orders with Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are typically 3-6 business days for Standard Shipping and 2-5 business days for Express Shipping, depending on your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey every step of the way.
Our pins come in a range of sizes depending on the style you choose. Our Mini Pins measure approximately 3cm, our 3-Loop and 5-Loop Pins measure approximately 5cm.
Our pins can be attached to clothing, blankets, prams, bassinets, nappy bags, memory bears, and other keepsake items. For safety, pins should always be securely fastened and used under adult supervision. Never place pins on a sleeping baby, and always remove them before sleep. Keep pins out of reach of young children and check regularly to ensure they remain securely attached.
